Logical problem-solving ability
In the test that measures logical problem-solving ability, you will be asked to solve 20 tasks where you will analyze a pattern of figures and choose which figure you think is the one that comes next in the pattern. You have 2 minutes to solve each task but can move on to the next question when you feel ready. At most, you can use 40 minutes to complete the test. The test challenges your ability to find patterns and see connections even when it is not completely obvious and to apply your abilities in completely unknown situations.
Personality
In the personality test, you get to estimate how well you think statements about typical behaviors describe you. There is no time limit for completing the test but it usually takes about 15-20 minutes for most people. The personality test measures traits that in research have been shown to have a connection with how a person later acts in their work.
When you have completed the tests, you will have direct access to a report that gives you overall feedback on your results. The requirements look different for different roles and we never use the tests as the only criterion to proceed in the process or not. If you go further in the process, it sometimes happens that we let you carry out the tests once more on site with us in order to confirm the results.
